Payment - The Laurel Tree accepts payment securely through Paypal. If you would prefer to send a cheque please make payable to The Laurel Tree and send to the address below clearly stating the item you wish to purchase and ensuring you include your contact and delivery details. If payment is made by cheque the items cannot be sent to you until payment has cleared.
Postage & Packaging - All postal prices are for UK
mainland only. Sorry at this time we do NOT ship internationally. All
items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class unless otherwise
requested.
Proof of postage is always obtained which covers up to £39 for loss/non delivery. This does not cover breakage. If you would prefer your package sent with insurance please contact for a quote.
Postage costs are kept to a minimum to cover Royal Mail costs and a small charge for packaging where necessary.
The Laurel Tree tries to use as much recycled packaging as possible to keep costs down and help protect the environment.
Delivery - We aim to send your item(s) to you within 1 working day. We will notify you if this is not possible. The Laurel Tree is a busy shop and can be subject to the occasional out of stock item. If your item is out of stock in the shop we will let you know immediately when stock is due or we will offer you the option of a refund.
Returns/Damages - All items are thoroughly checked prior to sending and will be packaged to withstand handling by the Royal Mail. If your item does arrive faulty/damaged please notify us within 3 days and we can arrange for your item to be returned and refunded. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us either for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Postage costs for returning goods cannot be refunded unless the item is damaged or faulty.
